Dinsmore is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant at our Pittsburgh, PA location to support attorneys in our Corporate Business Acquisitions and Securities practice group. Responsibilities Project and client management, billing, time entry, formatting, proofreading and editing of documents, travel arrangements, and other legal assistant functions. We seek candidates that are self-directed, high energy, and have advanced computer skills. Requirements Four-year college degree, and experience supporting corporate attorneys or business executives Ability to learn and understand the inner workings of each client's business and work with attorneys as an integral member of the team Experience using attorney timekeeping software and document management systems Experience and proficiency using MS Office Suite Ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills Proven success as a positive team player as well as an independent worker Ability to excel in a fast paced environment Corporate paralegal experience is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer
