Discover how you can grow with us at www.dinsmore.com. Dinsmore is seeking a Paralegal at our Pittsburgh, PA location to join the Tax, Benefits & Wealth Planning Department. Responsibilities Perform high-quality billable work Extensive case management of estate and trust administration Meet and correspond with clients, beneficiaries, banking institutions, insurance companies, appraisers, and court personnel Draft probate pleadings and other necessary legal documents for estate administration Assist, verify, and value estate assets, coordinate asset transfer and distribution and settlement liabilities Prepare necessary tax returns, including fiduciary returns, and file with appropriate taxing authorities Participate in administration of guardianships and trusts, including preparation and filing of inventories and accountings File life insurance claims and other death benefit claims Requirements At least three years of probate and tax experience Highly skilled, detail oriented, flexible, and have the ability to prioritize a busy workload Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required Equal Opportunity Employer
