This individual will track legal matters, manage documentation, and proactively complete assigned projects to support departmental objectives. Position Responsibilities Track deadlines and important dates related to insurance, contracts, invoices, and legal matters. Maintain critical files and documents with accuracy and organization. Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing project and vendor contracts and agreements. Gather information and conduct research on projects, claims, and other legal matters for the department. Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, customers, and business partners as needed. Here's What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required. 1-3 years of relevant experience in a legal administrative position required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to plan, implement, and manage multiple projects while adjusting to changing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
