We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant,Socio-Legal Center to join our team of nearly 500 employees. The Administrative Assistant is assigned to work on behalf of CCSI's customer and will supports the day-to-day operations, clerical support needs and data collection of the Monroe County Office of Mental Health Socio-Legal Center. This role supports staff and program leadership by facilitating day-to-day tasks and promoting smooth workflow for all programs within the Socio-Legal Center. CCSI is partnering with Monroe County Office of Mental Health (MCOMH) to hire an Administrative Assistant, Socio-Legal Center. This position is employed by CCSI and working on behalf of Monroe County Office of Mental Health. In this role, you will Provide administrative and organizational support to ensure efficient office operations for programs of the Socio-Legal Center Monitor Socio-Legal Center central email inbox and phones Receive, review, schedule all incoming Court Ordered evaluations; weekly examinations numerous times per week, book conference rooms, arrange meetings, etc. Prepare, format, and maintain materials, including forensic examination reports Perform routine data entry Maintain electronic and paper files; distribute information to staff and contracted doctors Communicate in a professional manner, verbally and electronically, to all community partners as well as local County, City, and Town/Village Court representatives Maintain awareness of Socio-Legal staff, meeting requests and conference room schedules Provide meetings/trainings support
  • materials and meeting preparation Take and disseminate minutes from team meetings and other meetings as assigned Review a variety of complex financial and statistical records and reports for completeness and accuracy Process payment request forms and follow coding procedure Maintain awareness of copier/fax/printer supplies and troubleshooting processes Order general office supplies Be proficient in the following: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Pro Perform other related duties as assigned What you bring High school diploma/GED or Degree, minimum of two years of experience in an Administrative Assistant capacity or equivalent education and work experience (see CCSI's equivalency chart).
Experience with Windows based operating system (Word processing, spreadsheet and database software).
Proficiency in the following:
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Pro Required for this position are: Ability to function with a minimum of supervision High quality telephone skills High level of interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities Excellent planning and organization skills Dependable and reliable Ability to work as part of a team Ability to recognize need for confidentiality of information Preference for CPR and First Aid Certification Respect the confidential nature of all CCSI and CCSI customer information you are exposed to in the course of your work performance.
