Job Description

Growing bankruptcy law firm seeking experienced bankruptcy paralegal to assist with Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings - 3 to 5 years experience preferred. Please be comfortable assisting clients in reviewing their documents for completeness, preparing Chapter 7 cases with accuracy, helping clients sign their reaffirmation agreements, and other client service tasks (returning phone calls, e-mails). Spanish-speaking a plus. Please e-mail resume and salary requirements as well as a reference. Open to candidates with other types of legal experience, but we do prefer a bankruptcy background.
