Bi-Lingual Pre-Litigation Paralegal

This role is critical to preparing complex medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases for litigation through client communication, records management, evidence collection, investigation coordination, and case organization.

What You'll Do:

Conduct client onboarding and maintain communication throughout the pre litigation process Gather, review, and organize medical records, insurance documentation, and supporting evidence Prepare chronologies, notices of claim, and spoliation notices Coordinate expert review and Certificates of Merit Track statutes of limitations and critical deadlines Collaborate with clients, providers, experts, outside counsel, and internal teams Maintain organized case files and proactively follow up on outstanding records and assignments

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish 3+ years of paralegal experience in a plaintiff law firm Personal injury experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems Litify experience is a plus
