We are actively searching for a Case Assistant to join our team in , San Diego, CA . Are you ready to begin your career in the legal profession? This position is the perfect stepping-stone to becoming a case-handling paralegal. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Request documentation from auto dealerships related to case evaluations. Assist in document productions. Create and update case information in OneNote/database Enter billable time in iTimekeep, on a daily basis. Assist with trial preparation Perform other duties, special projects and tasks as assigned. Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Top candidates will possess excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail. In addition, we are looking for the following qualities: Skills and Computer Knowledge Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) Experience with OneNote is a plus Well-developed customer service skills (internal and external) Solid grammar and punctuation skills Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities Ability and affinity for adapting with various personalities and work styles Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. (files and boxes) Education and Experience Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred Experience in a professional office setting required
WORKING CONDITIONS
Professional working environment with casual business attire State-of-the-art technology 40-hour work week with core office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexibility with work from home and in-office days, after initial training phase Ability to work overtime, if needed, to meet business and client needs

Compensation:
