Manage litigation files from filing through resolution Draft and file pleadings, motions, disclosures, and discovery Prepare and organize exhibits and trial notebooks Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation Draft discovery requests and responses Maintain litigation deadlines and court calendars Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, experts, and opposing counsel Obtain and organize medical records and billing Review and summarize medical records Assist with expert disclosures and trial preparation Prepare settlement documentation when appropriate Maintain accurate electronic case files Perform additional litigation support duties as assigned
