This is a 13-week contract role with potential for extension. The role is hybrid, onsite Tuesday-Thursday (minimum three days per week). Responsibilities Prepare and file regulatory documents with Departments of Insurance and Secretaries of State Draft and manage board and committee materials, consents, certifications, and corporate records Conduct legal and corporate research and summarize findings Prepare and submit SEC Section 16 filings (Forms
ID, 3, 4, 5
) Prepare NYSE filings via Filing Manager Coordinate foreign regulatory filings and questionnaires Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant filings Handle confidential information with discretion Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification preferred 10+ years of paralegal experience in corporate, insurance, or regulatory environments Strong knowledge of insurance regulatory and corporate governance filings Experience with EDGAR Next, NYSE Filing Manager, and UCAA applications Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate:
$45-$55 per hour, based on experience Eligible employees may have access to a benefits package that can include medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings options Paid sick time and other leave provided in accordance with Illinois law
Pay Details:
