Job Description
A California-based civil litigation firm specializing in complex fraud, insurance-related litigation, and toxic tort matters is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Paralegal to join the team on a contract basis. This role will support high-volume, data-intensive litigation and is ideal for someone who thrives managing large datasets and collaborating on complex cases in a fully remote environment.
ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of eDiscovery, including document collection, review, and productionCoordinate with attorneys and external vendors on eDiscovery workflows and strategyConduct document review for relevance, privilege, and key litigation issuesPrepare and organize document productions in compliance with court requirementsMaintain and manage large volumes of electronically stored information (ESI)Assist with discovery responses and support broader litigation effortsSupport case teams on complex matters, including fraud, insurance-related litigation, and toxic tort casesEnsure adherence to deadlines within a high-volume, fast-paced environment
