Why You'll Love Working Here Growing boutique firm with career advancement Close collaboration with the Managing Attorney Direct impact on client experience and case outcomes Structured systems that support your success Strong service quality approach What You'll Do Manage immigration cases from document collection to filing Serve as a primary point of contact for clients Prepare petitions, forms, and supporting documentation Draft forms, cover letters, affidavits, and evidence summaries Coordinate and track client document collection Maintain organized digital case files Track deadlines and government correspondence Flag risks and delays proactively What You Bring Associate/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1-2 years in legal or professional services Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication (English/Spanish) Ability to manage deadlines Professional judgment and discretion Spanish proficiency (preferred) Preferred Qualifications Experience in immigration law or USCIS casework Familiarity with immigration petitions Experience with case management softwareCompensation & Benefits Wage Range:
