Responsibilities:
Support personal injury Paralegals, Case Managers & Attorneys Extensive phone work - calling courts, ordering medical records, scheduling client meetings, etc. Basic drafting of documents Copying, scanning, and general administrative duties Requirements Strong computer and administrative skills Detail oriented Able to work well under pressure/deadlines Excellent verbal & written communication skills Great attitude & team player Bilingual a plus Benefits and Highlights Medical, Dental, and Vision starting the 1st of the month following 60 days of service. 401k with 100% company match up to 4% after 1 year of service.
