Overview I am seeking someone who values a flexible and relaxed work environment to assist with administrative tasks for my growing law firm. Experience is preferred, but not necessary. Looking for an organized person, with strong attention to detail, who is interested in a steady and stable work-life balance. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with calendaring and filing documents. Receive and process mail. Organize files. Support attorneys with document editing, copying, and labeling. Perform administrative duties including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, handling phone inquiries with professionalism, and providing executive administrative support as needed. Assist with client interviews and maintain confidentiality while supporting attorneys in client communication and case updates. Proven experience in legal administrative roles or as a paralegal is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint and meticulous proofreading and transcription abilities necessary . Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. Effective communication skills demonstrating professional phone etiquette and clear writing abilities.
