Job Description

Sobo & Sobo is continuing to grow rapidly and is looking for a self-motivated, entry-level Legal Assistant in Milford, PA. This position will ensure the smooth running of the office and effective case management. You will provide a broad spectrum of legal assistance under the supervision of Paralegals and Attorneys. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to paralegals and lawyers and enhance office effectiveness. Communication and correspondence with clients, insurance companies, medical facilities, etc. Request medical records and police reports Conduct documentary research Locate and develop case-relevant information Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence Maintain contact lists Skills Proficiency in English Proven working experience in customer service and/or clerical industry Computer literacy Excellent secretarial and organizational skills Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure Must be motivated and seeking long-term growth in a legal career
