Legal Assistant (Pleadings)

We are an NY Personal Injury law firm seeking to hire a FT Legal Assistant (Pleadings) . Duties for this person will include, but not be limited to: • Draft Complaints, Bills of Particulars and Notices of Claim • Ability to review and digest medical claims A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; however, we will consider an Associate's with additional experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree. Prior knowledge on the above tasks is strongly preferred. Strong word processing skills required.
