We're looking for someone dependable, organized, and proactive who thrives in a busy office and is capable of supporting multiple attorneys. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparing correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents Heavy transcription Managing attorney calendars, deadlines, and case files in Merus Case Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and the WCAB Requesting records
E-filing Qualifications:
Prior experience in workers' compensation defense or related legal field preferred Strong grammar, attention to detail, and proofreading skills Ability to follow established procedures and meet firm deadlines Proficiency with Word, Outlook, and case management software (Merus Case experience a plus) Must be reliable, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience, with benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) retirement.
