Knowledge of Trial Works and PC Law preferred but not a requirement. We offer Competitive pay & benefits. Duties Assist attorneys with case management by organizing and maintaining legal files using document management systems Draft, review, and proofread correspondence with precision and attention to detail. Manage client communication by scheduling meetings, depositions, mediations and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist paralegal with discovery documents. Qualifications Proven paralegal or legal support experience Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration; professional phone etiquette required. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly; strong proofreading skills essential for accuracy in communications.
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
