Litigation Paralegal

Bahrie Law is looking for an experienced paralegal to join the firm. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience in No-Fault Personal Injury litigation cases.

Responsibilities:

Communicating with clients, attorneys, courts and claims adjusters. Ability to adhere to strict deadlines Assisting attorneys with drafting pleadings including but not limited to Summons, Compliant, Motions and Discovery requests. Preparing medical record summaries/chronologies. Preparing case evaluations/facilitative summaries. Legal research. Trial/Mediation preparation. Applicant must be able to work independently and cooperatively, attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years experience in No Fault Personal Injury litigation Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Familiarity with

Court Rules and Procedures Work Location:

In person/Hybrid. We are open to discuss options but in-person work will be required a few days a week. In-Person work can be either at our Livonia Office or Lansing Office Pay consistent with experience. www.
