Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary:

Boutique law firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 4+ years of experience supporting complex commercial/business litigation . This role is ideal for a proactive paralegal who wants to operate as a true partner to attorneys—not just administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Support commercial litigation matters from inception through trial Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal documents (state & federal courts) Manage discovery, including eDiscovery platforms, document review, and production Conduct legal research and cite-checking Prepare trial materials, exhibits, witness binders, and deposition prep Handle e-filing, calendaring, and case tracking deadlines Maintain organized digital document management systems

Qualifications:

4+ years of litigation paralegal experience (law firm required) Strong experience with commercial/corporate litigation Proficiency in eDiscovery tools and legal research platforms Excellent drafting, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred:

Experience with M&A, IP, real estate, or employment litigation Paralegal certificate (ABA-approved) or related degree

Pay:

$65,000.00
