Under attorney supervision, this candidate will be responsible for managing a significant case load which includes drafting and reviewing documents and pleadings, tracking, and monitoring files, maintaining calendars and deadlines, providing status updates, and legal research. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and strong customer service.
Requirements:
Must have an associate's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or relevant work experience Must have West Virginia experience Knowledge of foreclosure and bankruptcy processes preferred Background in Real Estate Strong attention to detail Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence and professionalism Communicate effectively and professionally (verbal and written) Must be dependable and hardworking team player Ability to effectively organize, plan, and prioritize work Ability to work with minimal supervision Meet established production goals and quality requirements as set by management Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products and other business support software. Knowledge of Case Aware a plus.
