Job Description
I'm ready to expand my team and am looking to bring on a part-time paralegal (20-25 hours/week).

Hello@doniellcummingslaw.com Assist in the drafting and proofreading of legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with precision and clarity. Manage case files and document review processesP Support attorneys with project management tasks related to litigation, Estate Planning and Family Law cases by coordinating schedules and tracking deadlines. Perform data entry and maintain meticulous records of client information, case statuses, and legal filings while ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards. Conduct interviews with clients or witnesses to gather relevant information for ongoing cases or investigations. Provide administrative support including efiling documents with courts or agencies, managing phone inquiries professionally, and maintaining organized office workflows. Proven paralegal experience with familiarity of Family Law. Excellent writing skills for drafting clear legal documents and correspondence; proofreading accuracy is essential. Proficiency in legal case management software (Clio or the like) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Organizational skills that enable effective file management and timely completion of tasks. Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette for client interactions and team collaboration. for occasional, infrequent in-person meetings. What I'm looking for: 4-5+ years of Family Law experience (Will consider 1-3 years of experience for the right fit) Someone confident and proactive—not afraid to speak up and take initiative (yes, "bossy" can be a strength here) Experience with Clio is preferred A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently (I am not a micromanager) Our firm has been established for four years, takes a holistic approach to client service, and maintains a small but meaningful pro bono component.If you know someone who may be a good fit, please have them reach out to:
