Family Law Paralegal Are you a detail-oriented, organized professional with a passion for family law? Our dynamic and fast-growing law firm is looking for a Family Law Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you'll be essential in supporting attorneys, managing case files, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
What You'll Do:
Case Management:
Maintain and organize case files; ensure timely and accurate document filing.
Client Communication:
Serve as a main point of contact for clients—gather information, provide updates, and deliver excellent client service.
Court Filings:
Prepare and file pleadings and other documents with Washington state courts.
Trial Prep:
Support attorneys with trial prep, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and trial binders.
Calendar Management:
Schedule hearings, meetings, and deadlines for multiple attorneys.
Admin Support:
Answer phones, manage emails, and assist with daily office tasks.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of family law paralegal experience (Spokane County preferred)
Skills:
Strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and proficiency with legal software/
Microsoft Office Team Player:
A collaborative mindset with the ability to support multiple attorneys
Bilingual:
Must speak fluent Spanish.
