This is an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and wants to build a long-term career in the legal field. No legal experience is required, we will train the right candidate from the very beginning.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients in English and Spanish Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Assist with opening and managing personal injury cases Request medical records and billing Communicate with insurance companies and medical providers Maintain organized case files Perform general administrative duties

Qualifications:
