Hiring:
Senior Corporate Paralegal / Corporate Governance Professional I'm partnering with a global organization to identify an experienced Corporate Paralegal, Senior Legal Analyst, or Corporate Governance professional for a hybrid opportunity in the Northern Columbus, Ohio area. This is a highly visible role supporting a complex portfolio of U.S. and international legal entities, with responsibilities that include:- Corporate governance and entity lifecycle management
- Board resolutions, officer appointments, and governance documentation
- Statutory compliance and corporate record maintenance
- Entity management systems and data governance
- Vendor and registered agent oversight
- Support for M&A, restructurings, audits, and corporate initiatives
- Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Tax, Treasury, Finance, and Compliance teams The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of corporate paralegal, entity management, or governance experience within a law firm or corporate legal department and be comfortable managing complex matters with a high degree of independence.
Pay:
$70,000.00- $116,000.
