A Paralegal or Legal Assistant assists attorneys and law offices with a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to legal research and writing. Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Job Description
Paralegal Requiremens:
5+ Years experience preferred Prepare and draft legal documents such as briefs, pleadings discovery, record summaries and sobpoenas Prepare summaries and organize files for discoery and trial Provide case management and organization from inception Experience with Relativity eDiscovery software preferred but not required Work well under pressure, keep a calm and professional demeanor at all times State and Federal filing preferred Record billable time Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Interact with clients, visitors and attorneys/staff via phone, email and in-personBenefits:
