Who you are:
Manage incoming mail-Scan to system and forward to appropriate party. Responsible for drafting civil complaints and all pleadings required thereafter, including bank garnishments and other post judgment related documents. Organize and calendar all deadlines related to each case. Manage service of suit papers including via courier service or process server Work closely with Associate Attorneys to help manage caseload through judgment, settlement, or post-judgment collections and outsourcing Negotiate settlements with debtors after judgment is obtained. Assist in-House Collection and Litigation department.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Experience Level:
3-5 years
Education Background:
Associate degree in paralegal studies and/or paralegal certification desirable Preferred notary public Familiar with the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure Communication skills: Strong speaking, writing and interpersonal skills needed to write documents, speak with customers and others in the legal field, and present information to your attorney.
Computer Skills:
Be familiar with using computers and software for litigation or collection purposes. Be familiar with basis legal research including with databases such as
LexisNexis Organizational Skills:
Must be able to multitask and manage a high caseload. Have an eye for detail and an analytical mind.

Pay Information:
$27.00-$30.00 per hour w/ Monthly Bonus
