Overview:
Fredrikson is seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our growing litigation team in Des Moines. This is an opportunity to work alongside talented attorneys on sophisticated business litigation matters while playing a critical role in case management, organization, discovery and trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, managing and organizing case materials, coordinating discovery, and utilizing litigation support and trial presentation platforms such as Relativity, Nuix, and Trial Director. Successful candidates are highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and can manage competing priorities with confidence and independence.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting complex litigation matters and will bring a high level of professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail. A minimum of three years of litigation paralegal experience is preferred; however, exceptional candidates with fewer years of experience are encouraged to apply. Experience tracking and billing time is preferred.
