Common sense, the ability to work under pressure and the desire to help people are the qualities that we find most important. Prior Plaintiff's personal injury experience is required. The ideal candidate should be self motivated and able to work independently. You will be responsible for assisting the attorney from initial case intake through trial. Familiarity with motions, arbitration statements, pleadings and legal research is helpful . We work in a beautiful building on Route 9. We have a great staff and have been fortunate to handle some very significant and noteworthy cases. We pay our employees well and we have a family atmosphere in the office. Come join our team. Currently the position is a hybrid position working remotely two days a week and in office three days a week. The ability to speak and write in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
