Job Description

Family Law Paralegal Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Family Law Paralegal to join our team. This role is centered on client support. You'll be the steady point of contact who keeps clients informed, keeps files organized, and keeps our attorney on track. Some prior legal experience is required, but we are willing to train the right individual on our systems and processes.
Schedule:
This position is in-person while training. Once fully trained, on-site presence is required roughly once every two weeks, or as needed (4-8 times per month). Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for clients; communicating updates, answering questions, and providing consistent, attentive support File documents with the court and manage deadlines with strong attention to dates Manage case files in Clio, keeping records accurate, current, and well organized Run conflict checks on new and prospective clients Prepare and organize documents for attorney review Coordinate closely with attorneys to keep cases moving and clients informed Handle general administrative support as needed, including scheduling and correspondence Qualifications Some prior legal or paralegal experience required (family law experience a plus, but not required) Highly organized, with a strong eye for detail and dates/deadlines Comfortable learning and working in Clio (experience with Clio a plus) Excellent communication skills and a client-first attitude Able to manage multiple client files and priorities at once Trustworthy with confidential and sensitive information Reliable and able to commit to the in-person training period Why Join Us This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys client care and wants to build real experience in family law.
