Confidential Employer. Job Description Support U.S. and international patent application preparation, filing, and prosecution activities. Manage and coordinate PCT and international patent application filings. Maintain accurate patent records, deadlines, and docket information. Assist with patent prosecution workflows and ensure filings are completed accurately and on time. Coordinate with attorneys and other team members on filing requirements, correspondence, and matter status. Monitor important patent deadlines and help maintain an organized, reliable docket. Handle confidential client and intellectual property information with professionalism and discretion. Contribute to an efficient, detail-oriented patent prosecution operation. Qualifications 4+ years of relevant IP or patent experience preferred. Hands-on U.S. patent application filing experience required. PCT/international patent application filing experience required. Patent docketing experience preferred, or a strong willingness and interest in learning and handling patent docketing. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience supporting patent prosecution rather than litigation is strongly aligned with this position.
