Note:
Candidates should have at least 2 years of probate paralegal or probate legal assistant experience. Experience preparing probate and trust administration documents is strongly preferred. Confidential Employer. Job Description Prepare probate and trust administration documents from inception through completion. Assist attorneys throughout probate and estate administration matters. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and third parties. Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate documentation, filings, and correspondence. Support a collaborative legal team while delivering exceptional client service. Manage multiple matters with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Qualifications 2+ years of probate paralegal or probate legal assistant experience. Experience preparing probate and trust administration documents. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. Professional, client-service focused attitude.
