Day:
Manage Florida probate administrations from intake to closing Draft pleadings, petitions, inventories, accountings, and related court filings Communicate directly with clients, courts, financial institutions, and opposing counsel Proactively track deadlines and ensure procedural compliance Lead clients step-by-step through the probate process with clarity and professionalism Coordinate asset transfers and estate distributions Support attorneys in strategy and case management Continuously improve internal systems and workflows
Qualifications:
