Job Description

Bilingual Spanish Paralegal 3 Gamecock Avenue, Charleston, SC 29407 Full-time Full-time Maghzi Law Firm LLC is seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional Spanish-speaking Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is compassionate with clients, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced immigration law environment.
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Prior experience in immigration law required Experience preparing immigration forms and applications Strong communication and client service skills Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases Professional, organized, and team-oriented Experience with asylum, family-based cases, removal defense, USCIS, or EOIR filings is a plus
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review immigration applications and supporting documents Communicate with clients regarding case updates and evidence requests Assist attorneys with case preparation and filings Organize case files and maintain accurate records Translate documents and interpret for clients when needed Prepare packets for USCIS and Immigration Court filings
