Real Estate Closer (Paralegal)

Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer/Paralegal to manage and execute real estate closing transactions under attorney supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review all legal documents required for real estate closings
  • Draft and finalize closing statements
  • Review legal documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Calculate prorations and adjustments
  • Coordinate with all parties involved in transactions
  • Ensure proper execution and notarization of documents
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1+ year of real estate closing experience (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • SoftPro experience preferred
