This position will provide essential support to attorneys and clients throughout the real estate transaction process. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple matters while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing. Prepare and review closing documents, deeds, settlement statements, and other real estate-related documents. Coordinate and communicate with clients, lenders, realtors, title companies, and other parties involved in transactions. Order and review title work, surveys, payoffs, and other required documentation. Prepare and maintain closing files and ensure all necessary documents and information are received prior to closing. Assist with post-closing responsibilities, including recording documents and finalizing transaction files. Maintain calendars, deadlines, and transaction timelines. Provide exceptional client service and maintain confidentiality at all times. Qualifications Previous experience as a real estate paralegal or legal assistant is preferred. Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, closing procedures, and related documentation. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and navigate legal and real estate software systems.
