Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. With more than 110 attorneys, we encompass a broad spectrum of transactional and litigation practice areas for large corporations, small businesses, and governmental entities. We currently have an opening in the Florence office for an onsite, fulltime Paralegal for the Real Estate practice group. The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in Real Estate Closings and Title Insurance 3-5 years' experience is preferred SoftPro experience preferred but willing to train Duties include but are not limited to: Administrative and closing work Electronic notebooks Opening files Billing Other duties to assist the real estate team Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package in a professional, progressive work environment
