Job Description Litigation Support:
Assist attorneys with all stages of real estate litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management.
Client Relations:
Serve as a key liaison between clients, attorneys, and opposing counsel, fostering strong professional relationships.
Document Management:
Organize and maintain case files, e-discovery platforms, and document repositories with precision and efficiency.
Calendar and Deadline Tracking:
Manage critical deadlines and coordinate schedules to ensure seamless case progression.
Database Management:
Maintain case and client information databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of all records.
Required Qualifications Proven Experience:
A background in utility, construction, and business/commercial litigation is preferred.
Education:
A paralegal certificate or a four-year degree is highly desirable.
Organizational Excellence:
Exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and the capability to manage several cases and attorneys simultaneously.
Communication Skills:
Outstanding oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and legal professionals.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and database management tools.
