Job Summary A growing full-service real estate development company in Greenville, SC is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a direct hire opportunity supporting complex commercial real estate transactions from acquisition through development and disposition. This role is ideal for a highly organized legal professional who enjoys transactional work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of moving deals toward successful closings. The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will work closely with principals, legal leadership, outside counsel, title companies, lenders, vendors, and municipal agencies. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead internal legal point of contact for commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, land development, and dispositions.
- Draft, review, and manage transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, amendments, notices, and closing deliverables.
- Coordinate and analyze due diligence materials, including title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, environmental reports, and title exception documents.
- Maintain critical dates, transaction checklists, closing timelines, and project documentation to keep multiple deals moving forward.
- Partner with company principals, legal leadership, outside counsel, title companies, lenders, vendors, and municipal agencies to drive projects to completion.
- Organize, preserve, and maintain accurate legal and transactional files throughout the full lifecycle of each project. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
