They are looking for you, an experienced Paralegal , to support a busy Insurance Defense team. This is a direct hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and enjoys being a key player in case management.What you get to do:
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and subpoenas
- Analyze medical records and draft medical chronologies
- Prepare discovery requests and assist with trial preparation
- Communicate with experts, clients, and insurance adjusters
- Manage heavy scheduling and case deadlines
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation What you need to succeed:
- 3+ years of insurance defense or litigation paralegal experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
