Salary:
$50-70K Is this your perfect fit? You are an experienced personal injury paralegal who enjoys managing cases independently while serving as a trusted resource for attorneys and clients. You have exceptional writing skills and take pride in preparing detailed, high-quality demand packages and case documentation. You are looking for a long-term opportunity where you can contribute immediately, mentor others, and play a key role within a growing legal team. If that describes you, we need to talk! What your future day will look like: Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement while maintaining organized and accurate case files. Draft demand packages and supporting documentation for submission to insurance carriers. Review, summarize, and organize medical records, treatment histories, bills, and related evidence. Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders. Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting junior legal staff within the office. Conduct occasional off-site client meetings and provide exceptional service throughout the case lifecycle.

Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: 5+ years of personal injury paralegal experience required; 10+ years strongly preferred Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision Exceptional writing, grammar, proofreading, and document preparation skills Experience drafting demand letters and negotiating complex case documentation preferred Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Leadership or mentoring experience with the ability to support and develop less experienced team members We know you are more than a resume and understand your next career move needs to be the right fit!
