Personal Injury Paralegal

West Law Firm is looking for a Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team in Moncks Corner. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has experience handling personal injury cases. This role supports our attorneys through every stage of a case and plays a big part in the overall client experience. Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement Communicate with clients regularly and keep them updated on their case Request and organize medical records and bills Track treatment and follow up with providers Assist with demand packages and settlement documentation Work with insurance companies and adjusters Maintain accurate case files in Filevine (or similar system) Help ensure deadlines are met and cases keep moving forward Qualifications Minimum 3 years of personal injury paralegal Strong attention to detail and organization skills Comfortable managing multiple cases at once Good communication skills Experience with case management systems (Filevine preferred) Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment

Pay & Benefits Salary:

$50,000 - $70,000 (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO)
