Job Description Job Summary Prepare and review all legal documents necessary to conduct a Real Estate closing, under the supervision of their managing attorney.
Experience Real Estate Closing:
1 year (Required) General Accountabilities Prepare final closing statements. Checks legal documents related to the transaction. Notarizes documents and ensures all forms are legal. Calculates adjustments and communicates that information to the parties involved in the sale. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
