Job Description

Job Summary We are a small established firm focused on assisting clients with real estate transactions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Closing Paralegal to join our growing practice in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in South Carolina real estate transactions and the ability to manage files from contract to closing.
Requirements :
2 year prior experience as a real estate paralegal or closing paralegal in South Carolina is required.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple files Proficiency with Qualia closing software and
Microsoft Office What We Offer :

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
