In this pivotal role, you will support a broad range of real estate transactions, legal research, and document management activities. Your expertise will help ensure smooth operations across property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex legal matters while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong legal support experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities. Responsibilities Assist with real estate transactions including drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, deeds, leases, and title documents Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies accurately and timely Coordinate with clients, lenders, and real estate agents through effective communication and professional client interaction Conduct due diligence by reviewing titles, surveys, and other relevant materials for real estate transactions Qualifications Proven paralegal experience with a focus on real estate law Proficiency with SoftPro and in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with legal administrative processes including filing, document review, and proofreading Effective communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
