Position Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time Paralegal with real estate closing experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review real estate closing documents Coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, and agents throughout the closing process Conduct title reviews and prepare necessary legal documentation Maintain file organization and ensure accuracy of all legal materials Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in real estate closings required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Soft Pro Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Professional demeanor and positive attitude
