Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Receptionist to join our vibrant law firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support legal professionals in the field of personal injury law. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our office, providing exceptional administrative support while assisting with treatment management, document management, client communication and case preparation. Duties Greet clients and visitors warmly, maintaining professional phone etiquette and organizational skills to ensure smooth office operations Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with clients and legal team members Maintain and organize legal case files using document management systems; ensure proper filing and data entry for efficient retrieval Support project management tasks related to litigation cases or legal projects by tracking deadlines and managing document review processes Manage client treatment, including requesting, reviewing, and incorporating medical records and medical billing records Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies to ensure a well-organized work environment Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly preferred Previous clerical or legal administrative experience in a law office setting is highly preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail in proofreading and transcription tasks Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while demonstrating professional phone etiquette and client service skills Join us in delivering exceptional legal support while advancing your career!
