The role involves managing front desk operations such as greeting clients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. Other tasks include court runs and deliveries, providing administrative support to lawyers, drafting of correspondence, organization and maintenance of case files, management of business intake, and assistance with clerical and administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Strong skills in phone etiquette and performing receptionist duties Excellent communication skills.
