This role involves providing essential legal support in estate planning, probate, wills and trusts. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail to manage client files effectively and ensure smooth legal proceedings.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research and analysis to support client needs. Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents. Utilize case management software to track deadlines, documentation, and progress. Coordinate with clients along the way. Proven experience as a Paralegal. Strong knowledge of drafting, proofreading and editing. Proficiency with case management software and legal research tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with legal team. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing legal documents.
