Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Create, forward, and distribute correspondence to individuals inside and outside an organization. Keep and maintain legal files for the company. Answer phone calls, place them on hold, direct calls to the appropriate parties, and notify appropriate parties of callers' messages. Analyze and organize electronic documents. Gather information needed by attorneys. Answer questions from attorneys and clients. Manage discovery requests and responses. Keep pace with a fast-paced office environment.Job Type:
