Overview We are looking for a dedicated and organized Legal Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and attorney's alike. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, strong administrative skills, and a passion for real estate to help facilitate efficient office management. Responsibilities Assist with front desk duties, including greeting visitors and managing client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls, direct calls appropriately, and take detailed messages Maintain organized filing systems for client records, contracts, and other important documents Manage calendar appointments, showings, and meetings for agents and clients with precision Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software to update databases accurately Provide customer support by addressing questions promptly and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and clients Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or submission Assist with personal assistant duties as needed, including calendar management and scheduling Qualifications Must have Legal Experience Minimum of one year of office or clerical experience in a professional environment, preferably within real estate or related fields Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic data entry techniques Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Demonstrated attention to detail in proofreading documents and managing records Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining professionalism Personal assistant or administrative experience that showcases excellent time management skills This position provides an engaging opportunity for motivated individuals eager to develop their career in real estate support services. Pay:
